Office Hours Guidelines
Absolutely no soliciting.
JAM makes Office Hours available as a complimentary service to the business and investor community. We already get enough spam as it is and have a zero-tolerance policy; if you are trying to use this service as a backdoor to a sales call with us, we will end the meeting immediately and blacklist your company.
Do not divulge confidential information.
These meetings should be treated as informal conversations. Neither party is signing an agreement or NDA at this time. We will take every step to preserve your privacy, but if that won’t work for you, please reach out to us via the Contact link and we can discuss a better solution to consulting. Sessions cannot and will not be recorded, but feel free to forward your meeting link to others from your team who’d like to attend.
Stay on topic.
JAM is a branding-focused agency. We love social media and advertising but won’t answer questions about your latest ad campaign or recommend the right influencer for your brand.
Respect our time.
Space is limited and offered on a first-come/first-served basis. We will keep calls open for up to 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you don’t show by then, we will end the meeting. If you are late to the meeting, we won’t be able to add extra time unfortunately.
We use Google Meet for our video meetings. If you’ve never used it before, you may want to try it out by clicking the meeting link in the invite after you receive it. Prefer Zoom? Let us know and we can accommodate. Prefer Teams? Too bad for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll find the link to do so in the invite email itself.
